Situated in the town centre, Fastolff House is probably Great Yarmouth's most prestigious and striking office development. It was built in 1908 and designed by Ralph Scott Cockerilll for the Williment Family to house their financial services offices.

The front facade, which is Grade II listed, is of buff colour terracotta with art nouveau sumptuous ornamental display, green faience roof tiles and leaded windows.

The exterior has been extensively refurbished with the assistance of Great Yarmouth Borough Council and English Heritage.
